Tim Ryan

Tim became a Partner with Quinn & Scattini in 2001 and has worked exclusively in Family Law for the past ten years. He specialises in all aspects of Family and De Facto Law and has a particular interest and grounding in complex property issues.

Tim was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 1981. He devoted a decade to travelling and working around the world in various industries, including a number of international accounting firms. He came home to Australia in the 1990s, where he developed a sound grounding as a general practitioner in the law before moving on to specialise in Family Law.

Tim is an Accredited Family Law Specialist; a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association; a member of the Family Law Council Australia; and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of QLD, NSW, and the High Court of Australia. He is also a qualified Mediator.

Whilst he is kept busy on the weekend with his young family, Tim manages to find time to pursue his interests in music and surfing.
