Duncan specializes in property law in all its aspects, having practiced property law for the past 17 years in England and Queensland. Duncan became a partner of Quinn & Scattini in 2005.

He has a broad practice encompassing broad acre land acquisitions and subdivision, strata titling and body corporate compliance, commercial, rural and residential conveyancing, preparation of off the plan contracts, easements, registration of plans of subdivision, property joint ventures and GST aspects of property transactions.

Duncan is geared to meet the deadlines and challenges of the fast paced area in which he practices.

Married with three children, Duncan enjoys most sports in particular rugby, cricket and golf.
