Clark joined the firm's Southport branch in 2006 with over three years of commercial property and commercial litigation experience in Queensland.

Clark's experience enables him to provide advice on commercial leases and commercial debt issues, as well as preparation of company prospectus for lodging at ASIC, and updating Superannuation Fund Deeds. Clark can provide you with advice when complications arise with your residential and commercial property purchase or sale. Clark can also assist you in the preparation of Community Management Statements for multi dwelling developments, and with the preparation or review of property contracts and franchise agreements. Clark has had experience in litigating commercial and residential disputes in both the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, and is able to aid in the preparation of Family Trusts, as well as the preparation of Unit Trusts.

When not at work, Clark has a keen interest in surfing and fishing and lives in Palm Beach. Clark has three children and enjoys the commercial and lifestyle opportunities that the Gold Coast has to offer.
