Andrew is a consultant with Quinn & Scattini lawyers and has over 23 years experience as a solicitor. For a large number of these years he was principal of his own practice as well as in partnership with a number of firms in Brisbane.

Andrew is also fluent and literate in the Russian language, and has a working knowledge of French and Persian languages. As result of his language abilities and commercial and business law skills, Andrew has worked with overseas business clients throughout the last ten years in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ufa , Khabarovsk and Vladivostok in Russia, as well as Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong in South East Asia , Dubai and Tehran in the Middle East.

Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1987, solicitor of the High Court of Australia in May 1990 and is also a registered migration agent since 1993.

Andrew’s professional memberships include membership with the Queensland Law Society, the Migration Institute of Australia, Volunteer advisor in Migration Law with the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service in South Brisbane and the Christian Lawyers Society.
