Ben is a commercial litigation/dispute resolution and employment litigation lawyer.

His areas of expertise include: prosecuting and defending debt recovery claims, advising on contractual disputes including a special interest in building and construction matters, advising landlords and tenants in lease disputes, advising on real and personal property disputes, advising on motor vehicle insurance claims and appearing as an advocate before Fair Work Australia for employment disputes with a primary focus on unfair dismissal.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Information Technology (IT) from the Queensland University of Technology, and is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. 

He is a passionate supporter of the Broncos and Maroons and plays tennis and golf in his spare time.
