Russell Leneham is a Partner at Quinn & Scattini, a Succession Law Accredited Specialist and the team leader of our Wills & Estates Team. He is also a member of the international organisation STEP "Society of Trust and Estate Practitoners".

Russell has been a solicitor since 1988. After qualifying, he worked at Upper Mt Gravatt and Beenleigh and then joined Quinn & Scattini in April 2002.

His diverse legal career has exposed him to a broad range of legal experience including employment law, criminal law, family law, administrative law, conveyancing, business law, debt recovery, professional negligence and personal injury.

Russell is an expert in wills, powers of attorney and deceased estates. He deals with such matters as drafting wills, estate planning, estate administration, trustee disputes, contested estates, and guardianship proceedings in the Queensland Civil & Adminstrative Tribunal.

He understands the complexity of testamentary matters and the importance they can have to the beneficiaries involved. He enjoys helping clients by applying his legal skills to provide them with quick, practical, cost-effective solutions.

Russell is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the worldwide J Reuben Clark Law Society.  He is also a Director of the Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce.

He enjoys most sports, but especially soccer.
