& Estates Specialist. Russell was admitted as a solicitor in
November 1988, after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate
Diploma in Legal Practice at the Queensland Institute of
Technology. After several years practising as a solicitor
in Beenleigh, Russell joined Quinn & Scattini in April
2002.

Russell was elected as the President of the Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce for 2012-2013. The Chamber is a group of approximately 200 businesses in the Beenleigh/Yatala region. The Chamber works closely with all levels of government to promote the Beenleigh/Yatala region. The Chamber also organises business functions such as monthly breakfasts and the iconic annual prawn lunch. The role of the Chamber President is to lead the 12-person Management Committee of the Chamber.
