Katherine commenced her legal career as a law clerk in September 2000, thereafter moving into two years of Articles of Clerkship, following graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science.
Since commencement of her legal career Katherine has worked exclusively in the field of personal injury litigation. Katherine was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002 and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. Katherine is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Queensland Women's Lawyers Association Incorporated.
Katherine initially commenced employment with Quinn & Scattini Lawyers in January 2004, and after a period of absence has now returned to Quinn & Scattini in the capacity of Senior Associate and Team Leader of the Personal Injuries Litigation Department.
Katherine has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and is passionate about advocating the rights of injured persons in Queensland. Katherine is available to discuss any matters or queries you may have on an obligation free basis.
Katherine although based in south east Queensland travels regularly throughout the state, including to Bundaberg, Harvey Bay, Maryborough and regional Central Queensland.
