Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is designed to find the right person for the role we need to fill to ensure candidates have an opportunity to find out about us. It may involve applicants participating in one or more of the following exercises:
Telephone Interview
A telephone interview may be conducted. The interview will involve you answering questions regarding your skills and experience. You will receive a detailed overview of the position and it will also provide you with an opportunity to ask us questions.
Interview
Interviews will normally be conducted by the Human Resources Manager and Team Leader. The interview will include in depth, historical and behavioural questions. Dependant on the role the interview stage will consist of a two step process.
Skills Assessments
Depending on the role, the recruitment process may include skill assessments.
Reference Checks
We will conduct reference checks with your permission. We require two referees who can be contacted by phone. It is preferable that these referees are or have been your direct manager.

Due to recent growth, we have openings for solicitors with 2+ years post admission experience in our Family Law, Criminal Law and Wills & Estates Teams. We are seeking enthusiastic, organised and proficient individuals, with excellent communication skills who are able to work autonomously and produce work efficiently and accurately.
